SUBSCRIPTION TERMS & CONDITIONS
(Membership Agreement)
1. Definitions
In these Terms, unless the context otherwise requires:
- “We”, “Us”, “Our” means the subscription platform operator (UO entity, name TBC).
- “Member” means a person with an active paid subscription.
- “Membership” means a recurring subscription providing access to benefits described in these Terms.
- “Content” means educational, informational, entertainment, and experience-based materials.
- “Affiliated Platform” means a third-party or partner platform used to deliver Content or community access (including the EXTREME Aus Skool community).
- “Giveaway” means a promotional draw governed by separate Giveaway Terms.
- “Entries” means conditional promotional entries allocated to Members in accordance with these Terms and the Giveaway Terms.
2. Nature of the Membership
2.1 Membership is a recurring subscription service, not a lottery, raffle, or gambling product.
2.2 Membership provides access to a bundle of benefits, which may include:
- Access to member-only educational, informational, and experience-based Content
- Access to a members’ community hosted on an Affiliated Platform
- Partner discounts and promotional offers
- Eligibility to participate in Giveaways (subject to separate Giveaway Terms)
2.3 Giveaways are ancillary benefits only and do not form the primary purpose of the Membership.
3. Content & Community Access
3.1 Content is provided for general information, entertainment, and experience-sharing purposes only.
3.2 Content does not constitute professional advice, formal training, certification, or instruction.
3.3 Content may include perspectives from experienced individuals and guest contributors but does not guarantee outcomes, competence, or safety.
3.4 Content and community access may be delivered via one or more Affiliated Platforms.
3.5 Availability, format, contributors, and delivery methods of Content may change from time to time.
4. Billing & Subscription
4.1 Memberships are billed on a recurring basis (monthly unless otherwise stated).
4.2 By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges until cancellation.
4.3 Prices may change with reasonable notice.
4.4 Failed payments may result in suspension or cancellation of Membership.
5. Cancellation & Termination
5.1 Members may cancel at any time.
5.2 Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5.3 Upon cancellation:
- Access to Membership benefits ends at the conclusion of the paid period
- All unredeemed Entries are forfeited at the end of that billing period
5.4 Entries are conditional benefits and do not constitute property or a stored value.
6. Refunds
6.1 Refunds are provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
6.2 Except where required by law, no refunds are provided for change of mind after Entries have been allocated.
7. Promotional Bonus Entries
7.1 From time to time, We may allocate limited promotional bonus Entries to active Members at Our discretion.
7.2 Promotional bonus Entries:
- Are not available for purchase
- May be allocated as part of promotions, engagement initiatives, or loyalty benefits
- Do not form part of the core Membership entitlements
- Do not guarantee winning
7.3 Promotional bonus Entries are conditional, non-transferable, and may be subject to additional terms disclosed at the time of allocation.
8. Partner Discounts
8.1 Discounts are provided by third-party partners.
8.2 We do not guarantee availability, pricing, or performance of partner offers.
8.3 Partners are responsible for their own goods and services.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 Participation in activities discussed in Content involves inherent risks.
9.2 Members are responsible for their own decisions and actions.
9.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law, We exclude liability for loss, injury, or damage arising from reliance on Content or participation in activities.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1 All Content, branding, and platform materials remain Our intellectual property or that of licensors.
10.2 Members receive a limited, non-transferable licence to access Content for personal use only.
11. Privacy
11.1 Personal data is handled in accordance with Our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law
12.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
12.2 Jurisdiction is determined by applicable state law.

(Promotional Draw Rules)
13. Relationship to Subscription Terms
13.1 These Giveaway Terms form part of the Membership agreement and must be read together with the Subscription Terms.
13.2 In the event of inconsistency, the Subscription Terms prevail.
14. Eligibility
14.1 Giveaways are open to eligible Members only.
14.2 Participants must be at least 18 years old.
14.3 Residency restrictions may apply depending on the Giveaway.
15. Entry Allocation
15.1 Entries are allocated automatically to active Members based on their Membership tier and any applicable promotional allocations.
15.2 Entries apply only to the specific Giveaway for which they are issued and do not carry over beyond the relevant promotional period.
15.3 Entries automatically expire at the conclusion of each Giveaway draw.
15.4 Entries have no cash value, are non-transferable, and do not constitute property or a stored value.
16. Weekly Giveaways
16.1 Weekly Giveaways may include gift vouchers (e.g. $1,000 AUD fishing voucher).
16.2 Draw dates, prize details, and eligibility are published prior to each draw.
17. Major Giveaways
17.1 Major Giveaways may have longer promotional periods.
17.2 Entry accumulation periods and prize details will be disclosed.
18. Draws & Winner Selection
18.1 Winners are selected at random using a fair and transparent method.
18.2 Winners are notified using contact details provided by the Member.
18.3 If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within the required timeframe, a redraw will be conducted in accordance with applicable state and territory laws and permit conditions (where applicable).
19. Delays & Compliance
19.1 Giveaways may be delayed where required for operational or compliance reasons.
19.2 Any delay will comply with applicable state and territory laws.
19.3 All communications relating to delays will be managed by Us.
20. Permits & Regulatory Compliance
20.1 Trade promotion permits will be obtained where required by law.
20.2 No Giveaway requiring a permit will be drawn until the relevant permit has been granted.
21. Prize Fulfilment
21.1 Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash unless stated.
21.2 Prize suppliers are responsible for fulfilment, warranties, and after-sales obligations.
22. Publicity
22.1 Winners may be announced publicly using first name and general location.
23. Disclaimers
23.1 Participation in a Giveaway does not guarantee winning.
23.2 Giveaways are promotional benefits only and not a form of gambling.
24. Amendments
24.1 We may update these Terms with reasonable notice.
24.2 Continued Membership constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
